Lisa Ray plays a lesbian

Canadian actress Lisa Ray has been very choosy in picking film offers. After a brief stint in Bollywood (with Kasoor ), Lisa has mostly been associated with international filmmakers. Not many in India know that Lisa has been a part of some critically acclaimed projects like ‘Ball and Chain’ (2004), ‘Seeking Fear’ (2005), ‘Water’ (2005), ‘Quarter Life Crisis’ (2006) and ‘A Stone’s Throw’ (2006).Lisa’s latest movie commitment is to author Shamim Sharif’s film ‘I Can’t Think Straight’, which is a story of two women lovers. Lisa and US-born Sheetal Sheth play the roles. The film is based on Sharif’s autobiographical book. Bollywood cinematographer Aseem Bajaj (who shot Chameli ) is the movie’s director of photography. The film has been shot entirely in London and Oxford over a period of 32 days.
